Orders can only be cancelled before shipping or production starts.

Approved cancellations will be fully refunded.

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Item unused
Original packaging intact
Order confirmation required

All returns require prior approval.

One shipping cost applies per order.

No restocking fee.

Refunds are processed after item inspection and confirmation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
